Delivery Time

We currently offer express shipping to the following countries:
Canada, USA & Australia

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time (once processed): 3-5 business days: *holidays may extend time*

Our fulfillment centers:
Sydney AUS, Edmonton CAN & Chicago USA.

Please ensure all shipping details are 100% correct before submitting. We are not responsible for any incorrect/missing shipping information and therefore no refunds will be processed once the item has shipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is flat rate. International packages are subject to Customs, Duties and Search. We are not responsible for any additional fees or confiscations of items at the border.

If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed we will not be able to provide a refund.

              

Lost, Stolen and Failed Delivery

Dan & Andi is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered by the postal service. Please ship to a secure location. If the tracking number confirms the item has been delivered, but you have not received your order please contact your local post service to investigate the issue.

If a package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address for any reason the package will be returned to the sender (Dan & Andi). Any shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred on the package's return will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Refunds:
Subject to a 25% restocking fee and are limited to one per customer unless extenuating circumstances.

Exchanges:
Due to the nature of the product we are not allowed to exchange any personal hygiene item even if unused.

Shipping costs are not refunded.
