We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time (once processed): 3-5 business days

Please ensure all shipping details are 100% correct before submitting. We are not responsible for any incorrect/missing shipping information and therefore no refunds will be processed once the item has shipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is flat rate.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or inspections depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, and is returned to us or marked as unclaimed, we are unable to provide a refund.

We have fulfillment centres located inside each of the countries we offer shipping to which helps minimize customs fees, duties, and delays.

 
Lost, Stolen and Failed Delivery

Dan & Andi is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered by the postal service. Please ship to a secure location. If the tracking number confirms the item has been delivered, but you have not received your order please contact your local post service to investigate the issue.

If a package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address for any reason the package will be returned to the sender (Dan & Andi). Any shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred on the package's return will be deducted from the refund.

Due to the nature of a hygienic product we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Refunds:
Refunds are limited to extenuating circumstances and limited to one per customer.
