We currently offer shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Canada & USA 

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time (once processed): 3-5 business days

Please ensure all shipping details are 100% correct before submitting. We are not responsible for any incorrect/missing shipping information and therefore no refunds will be processed once the item has shipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is flat rate.
All orders will be shipped from the same country that they are placed from to minimize any customs, duties & fee's.

However, it is still the customers responsibility to pay if any international package does happen to occur customs fees, duties, taxes or inspections. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, duties, taxes, seizure or marked as unclaimed, we are unable to provide a refund.

 
Lost, Stolen and Failed Delivery

Dan & Andi is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered by the postal service. Please ship to a secure location. If the tracking number confirms the item has been delivered, but you have not received your order please contact your local post service to investigate the issue.

If a package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address for any reason the package will be returned to the sender (Dan & Andi). Any shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred on the package's return will be deducted from the refund.

Due to the nature of a hygienic product we do not accept returns & exchanges. 

Refunds:
Refunds are limited to extenuating circumstances and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, shipping costs will not be refunded.
